Y’all may not get any home-fried essays or fiction for a day or two because I’m busy starting DanceChatt, a publication about dance in Chattanooga. DanceChatt is a home for long-form dance writing, including meditative essays, retrospectives, reviews, criticism, artist interviews, and even poems and short fiction.
So come on over and read the premier issue of DanceChatt, featuring an essay by Jessi Faircloth, a social worker, writer, and dancer who tells us about a collaborative experience between Barking Legs Theater’s Collaborative Roots dancers and Carolyn Dorfman Dance.
